Flag artwork

hampusborgos/country-flags: original-ratio SVG flags. The project explicitly declares its flag images public domain; it does not use an MIT artwork license.

Flag and emblem use can still be regulated locally. Listing an area is not an endorsement of a sovereignty claim. XK and custom organization codes are not official ISO country codes.

Country metadata

Annexare Countries, copyright © 2014 Annexare Studio, licensed under the MIT License. Used for names, native names, aliases, and continents; additional search aliases and classifications are curated for this library.

Additional flags

oxguy3/flags: United Nations, additional islands, Canadian provinces and territories, and a starter set of Australian subdivisions. These files are public domain under the repository's artwork declaration and are not listed among its special-license exceptions.

The United Nations emblem remains subject to use restrictions; its inclusion is for identification.
